Deposit reserves your animal for early November 2025 processing!
 
Whole Beef cost is $3.25/lb live weight plus harvest fee (up to $325). Deposit reserves your animal. Final cost is based on live weight at time of harvest (1,200-1,400 pounds). Balance and harvest fee are due when animal is harvested.
 
Buyer is responsible for all fees relating to processing animal. Processing fees are typically $2.10-$2.50 per pound of hanging weight (~60% live weight) depending on the processor and are paid directly to the processor. Additional fees may apply.
 
You have the option to have your animal processed by Freedom Meat Locker in Watsonville, CA, Ranchita Meat Company in San Miguel, CA, or Sinton & Sons in Paso Robles, CA. If you are interested in having your animal processed elsewhere, please select Other when purchasing and we would be happy to make arrangements with you. Please note that Harvest Fee may vary depending on facility chosen and extra delivery fees may apply.
 
Buyer is responsible for picking up cut, wrapped, frozen meat from processng facility.
 
With purchase of whole beef you also have the option to keep all or some of the offal - heart, liver, tongue, tail, and or leaf fat if you wish. Please indicate which items you would like to keep in the text box before adding to cart. This way, we can ensure they are retained for you when the animal is harvested and available when your cut, wrapped meat is ready for pick up.
